This 2020 I de V New Era wine shows to be in perfect balance and creates a completely different sensory experience. On the nose, this wine offers dark chocolate chips, fresh blackberries, licorice, nutmeg, clove, earthy undertones and a hint of mint. The mid-palate exhibits chalky tannins in texture while offering notes of black cherries, cassis, cocoa dust, walnuts and a touch of graphite that leads to a long-lasting finish. This offering is enjoyable today but will also evolve with cellar aging through 2038.
