This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is a Pandora’s box of complexity and power. Its aromas offer dark black fruit, black olives, anise, root beer, and tobacco, reminiscent of the great Grand Crus Classes of Bordeaux. On the palate, the wine is exquisitely balanced with excellent fruit concentration and flavors of cassis, black cherries, cola, and a mineral-driven finish.
